Personnel in charge of the radio system will be trained in order to become familiar with the handling of the radio system and to achieve reliable operation of the system.

The personnel training provided covers all parts and functions of the radio system. We ensure that the participants inherently understand the important procedures by setting examinations, offering comprehensive training material and, of course, by carrying out the training within the working system environment. Each participant receives a certificate after successful completion of the training course.

Training courses are offered in our facilities as well as directly on site. Special training courses will be offered for maintenance activities at different service levels.

The system documentation (incl. training documentation) is provided as various printed copies and on electronic media. It includes an overview of the system, its functionalities, interfaces and operation with detailed explanations down to component level. Documentation for maintenance activities is offered according to the relevant service level of the staff.
